HCC 2019 is using WP Abstracts to collect and review abstract submissions and to correspond with submitters. When you click on Submit Abstract below, you will be taken to a login page where you will be required to register to use the conference site by creating a username and password. Once registered, you will be able to complete and, if you wish, re-visit your submission to amend it and to monitor the review process. Correspondence to and from the SPC will be by email via the online facility.
Dates
- The Call for Submissions will be open until 23:59 PST on Sunday, 12 May 2019.
- Final decisions regarding acceptance will be made by the Scientific Program Committee and submitters will be notified of the selection on or before Friday, 31 May 2019.
- All presenters must be registered for the conference by Saturday, 15 June 2019 in order for their submissions to be included in the conference program.
