Room blocks have been reserved for HCC 2019 conference attendees at the hotels described below. To make your hotel reservation, contact the hotel directly and refer to the appropriate Group Code. Rates are guaranteed until Thursday, 29 August 2019 or until our room blocks sell out, whichever occurs first.

After careful consideration of the many available hotels offerings, our conference organizers have selected these hotels based on their convenience, suitability, and value for our out-of-town visitors. The Hotel Grand Pacific is a 6 minute walk from the Victoria Conference Centre (VCC) along the beautiful Victoria Harbourfront. The Chateau Victoria is closer, just 150m from the VCC front door. Note that the VCC is not contained within a hotel but it is attached to Victoria’s famous Empress Hotel should you wish to stay there. 

Please also note that, to manage our risk and to allow for individual alternative choices, we have purposefully kept our reserved room blocks small. You should book early because we expect that they will sell out. Booking your hotel within our room blocks is an important way to support WCSI and GAHCE. Staying “within the block” is also more convenient and helps you stay connected with the informal activities and networking opportunities that occur at the hotels during the conference.
